I have been married to my beautiful wife, Cyndy for 25 years, and have 3 beautiful girls that are truly amazing. I have been associated with Carolina Beach for 12 years and have seen a lot of change for the better. The past couple of years I have been associated with 4 separate committees. The Operations committee, the Police Advisory committee, the Ad-Hoc Power line committee, and the Ad-Hoc Steering committee. In my new role, I will be involved with the Harbor Commission and the Parks and Recreation Committees. Being retired, I will dedicate my time to the Town of Carolina Beach. We are all very fortunate to live on this beautiful island and I am extremely humbled to serve you.

North Carolina has been Vince's home for 28 years. Carolina Beach became his part time home in 2013, and since 2019 he has been fortunate to live full-time in Carolina Beach. Vince has a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from St. John's University.  Vince retired after a rewarding 30+ year career of increasing responsibilities, ultimately as a Corporate Controller for a multinational consumer goods company. Since then, he has worked in Corporate Controller roles with early and mid-stage startup companies.  Each of these roles included positions on the senior leadership teams with responsibilities including developing high performing teams. Ultimately, Vince and his wife, Kim, opened their own accounting and tax business, Island Accounting and Tax (ATAX – Masonboro Commons) in 2023. Alongside running their business, Vince has dedicated time to serving on the Carolina Beach Centennial Committee, acting as CFO for both the Carolina Beach Mural Project and the Carolina Beach Police Foundation, and being an active member of the Island Men. Kim and Vince have seven amazing children who have provided them with 10 even more amazing grandchildren.  The greatest testament to the town of Carolina Beach is the joy that comes to their children and grandchildren each and every time they visit.  Carolina Beach isn’t just where they live — it’s a community they care deeply about.
